Event Staff Job Description

Overview of Role:

RushTeamApparel is the Official Merchandise Supplier for some of the largest sporting events in the Pacific Northwest. We offer custom event merchandising both on-site and online. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment for our Event Staff positions for the 2022-2023 academic year. Event Staff will accept customer orders, prepare and process orders and provide an energetic, positive purchasing experience for event competitors.

General Responsibilities: 

• Professionally interact with customers and co-workers to cultivate a positive work environment.

• Accurately ring up orders, accept payments and clearly communicate order pick-up details to customers.

• Pay close attention to detail to produce customized apparel orders within company decoration standards with minimal errors.

• Able to receive constructive criticism and make adjustments to help the event team meet performance goals.

• Assist in all day of event activities including booth set-up, break down, and maintaining a clean workstation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to lift 20lbs
  • Can work on your feet for 5+ hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of retail or food service industry experience
